1. Returns

We accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team with the following information:

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the return of the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. You will not be charged any additional fees for the exchange process, and the item will be replaced with the correct product upon return.

3. Refunds

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method, refunds are not applicable. Instead, we offer exchanges or replacements for any damaged or incorrect items. We will ensure that the replacement product is delivered to you promptly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged products), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged, including:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Personalized or customized items
